How Does MastiEats Work?

MastiEats is a flexible Indian Street Eats Weekly Meal Plan service. Every week, you get the best Indian street food delivered right to your home. Our food is prepared in our FDA-approved kitchen and our home-style recipes use the freshest ingredients and delivered right to your doorstep. All you have to do is reheat, eat, and repeat. Each meal is packed in a microwavable container. You can skip a week or cancel your subscription up to 5 days before your next delivery is scheduled

Why Should I Choose MastiEats?

We provide healthy, unique, delicious dinners for less than $10 per meal. While these types of meals are normally associated with luxury and a premium price tag, with MastiEats it’s not the case.

Do You Offer Plans For Special Dietary Needs?

We offer over 30 items weekly on our diverse menu. The menu has gluten-free options and takes into account all the special dietary requirements of individuals including vegetarian, keto, and dairy-free.

How Much Does MastiEats Cost?

MastiEats provides meals for a minimum price of $9 per meal up to $13 per meal with a minimum of 5 meals per week. The minimum weekly spend is $45 plus shipping and tax.

What's Included In Each Box?

In every box, we include the best Indian Street Eats influenced by the diverse and vibrant streets of India. Our meals are carefully packed and insulated to ensure they arrive to you at peak freshness.

What If I Have An Allergy?

We provide all nutritional information on each box as well as on information cards in your delivery. We recommend reviewing the ingredients in each meal before placing your order to ensure our meals meet your dietary needs.

Do You Provide Nutrition Information For Your Meals?

Yes. Nutritional estimates per serving are on every package. Please note that we purchase our ingredients from several different suppliers, so nutritional details may vary slightly. If you have further questions regarding the nutritional information of a recipe, our nutrition team is here to help. They can be reached at info@mastieats.com.  We have a world-class nutritionist on staff that ensures all labels are accurate and consistent with your dietary needs.

How Long Will My Ingredients Stay Fresh?

To ensure your ingredients stay at the peak of freshness in which they were packed, we recommend storing all fresh produce, proteins, and dairy in the refrigerator. The meals have a shelf life of up to 5 days.

How Do You Source Your Ingredients?

Our suppliers are small businesses and sustainable farmers. When we choose our suppliers, our first priority is to get to know them and ensure the highest quality of all ingredients so we can pass the quality onto you.

What If I'm Not Home For Delivery?

No problem. We will drop the box at your door or wherever/however you specify in your 'Delivery Instructions'. No signatures are necessary. We will leave the package at the door.

What Time Can I Expect Delivery?

Boxes are typically delivered between 8am and 8pm, but times may vary with our delivery schedule and Atlanta traffic. If you are not home to accept your delivery, we will drop the box at your door or wherever/however you specify in your 'Delivery Instructions.' No signatures are necessary.

Is MastiEats Packaging Recyclable?

Yes, our boxes and separators are 100% curbside recyclable.

Where Do You Deliver?

We currently deliver throughout the Atlanta area.

When Do You Typically Deliver?

Depending on your preferences, we deliver on Sundays.

What Should I Do If My Box Arrived Late?

Note that the ingredients can stay fresh up to 48 hours of being in the box, without being refrigerated. We have specially designed boxes with insulating liners, ice packs, and cooling material to keep your food as cool as possible. We even modify our packaging based on season to ensure optimal freshness. If your box arrives late and you are worried about the freshness of your ingredients, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team at info@mastieats.com.  One of our experts will be more than happy to assist you.

Can I Change My Delivery Day?

Currently, we deliver on Sundays only.  In the near future, we will be delivering meals twice a week and you can easily change your delivery preferences on the website

    What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    We currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. In the future, we will be adding additional forms of payment to streamline our checkout experience and provide customers with a wider range of options including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

      What Do I Get Charged?

      You'll be charged for your first box upon completion of the checkout. For your next boxes, you will always be charged 4 days prior to scheduled delivery. Please keep in mind that completion of the checkout confirms that you are entering into a weekly auto-renewing subscription service with MastiEats. However, you can always modify, pause, or cancel your delivery any time before 11:59 PM PST 5 days prior to your scheduled order.

      What Do I Do If My Card Is Decline For My Upcoming Order?

      If a recurring payment fails, you will receive an email alerting you of the error. To resolve this, simply update the payment method in your account by clicking here. If you want us to re-process your charge, please reach out directly to info@mastieats.com.  One of our expert Customer Care agents will be glad to assist you.

      Why Is My Discount Code Not Working?

      First, make sure you have selected the right plan and your voucher has a valid date of expiry. If the issue persists, please reach out to our Customer Care teamvia our email at info@mastieats.com

      How Do I Apply A Credit?

      If you have credits on your MastiEats account, they will automatically apply to your next scheduled delivery, excluding the shipping fee. Credits do not expire, so if you decide to take a break, they'll be on your MastiEats account when you return. Please note that if you have a discount on a box, credit will apply only to the premium meal surcharge.

      How Much Does Shipping Cost?

      We currently have a shipping cost of $8.99. This fee applies only once per week.

      Where Can I Find A Summary Of My Billings?

      You can find a summary of all orders and billings under "My Account."

      How Can I Swap My Meals?

      With MastiEats, you can always change your meals! Every week, there are 31 different meals you can choose from. Please make sure to make your changes 5 days prior to delivery at 11:59 pm EST.

      On the Web or your mobile device, click on my My Account and check your order history.  You can edit your orders for future weeks.

      Once you are happy with your selection, just click on the save button. The only thing you need to do then is looking forward to your Masti Indian Street Eats. 

      What Is The Deadline To Modify My Order Or Skip A Week?

      To change your number of servings, delivery day, address, email address, payment information, or password, visit our “My Account” page. You may skip and unskip weeks as you’d like without being charged for skipped weeks.

      All changes must be made 5 days prior to delivery at 11:59 pm EST.

      How Do I Cancel My Plan?

      You can skip as many as 4 weeks by selecting the “Skip Week” option on the specific week intended. This could be found under “My Menu,” and you are able to successfully make that change by the deadline of: 5 days prior to the delivery date at 11:59PM ET

        I Cancelled My Plan But Was Still Charged, Why?

        Your first order is charged and created as soon as the order is placed. However, if you would like to cancel this, please email us at info@mastieats.com.  One of our expert Customer Care agents will be happy to assist you.
